ThalentMe starts from the employee and maps all skills and competencies. This is done on three levels:
1. Top Skills: unique talents that are much better developed than in someone else. With these skills the employee offers added value within the organisation.
2. Potential: qualities that are better developed on average compared to the reference group. With a few development tips, which are included in the report, the employee can also excel in these.
3. Challenges and pitfalls: the employee cannot develop these characteristics, but they can become aware of them and learn to deal with them.
